This is a Modern, Luxurious and Stylish apartment located in Hiranandani Regent Hill, Powai. It is in an upscale neighborhood close to various offices, supermarkets (5 min from D-Mart), trendy cafes and restaurants. Conveniently located at just a 25 min drive from the International Airport. The space The apartment comes with a Queen Sized Bed and a 3 seater L-Shaped Sofa Bed. There's free parking available in the basement of the building. The flat comes with all amenities such as High-Speed 200mbps Wifi, Smart HDTV (43in) with OTT Platforms, Dining Table (can also be used as a workspace easily), Front-Load Washing Machine, Gas Hob, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Kettle and a Mixer Grinder. All necessary cookware such as pots and pans are provided. Sufficient plates, bowls and cutlery are also present. Basics such as Tea, Sugar, Salt and Coffee are available too. Bathroom includes towels, napkins and toiletries such as hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There's a specific Drying Area attached to the main bathroom. Other things to note VISTORS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE APT. THE GUESTS CAN GO DOWNSTAIRS AND MEET THEM. PLEASE ASK FOR PARKING IN PRIOR. WILL CONFIRM ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABILITY. # We provide a Daily Cleaning Service between 11am to 2pm everyday so that your stay is comfortable. Fresh towels and hand towels are provided every alternate day. For our long-term guests, please note that we change bed linens every 4 days. # If you require additional cleaning outside of our scheduled timings, it can be arranged at an extra cost, payable directly to the housekeeping staff. Please inform in prior. # The apartment is pet friendly. A service fee of INR 2000/- will be charged as part of pet-disinfectant cleaning.
