Its privileged location allows easy access to nearby towns such as Spello, Perugia, Norcia, and Spoleto. The accommodation boasts two spacious bedrooms, both with a private terrace. The main bedroom offers an open view of Assisi from its terrace, while the secondary bedroom has an enclosed terrace, usable even during the winter season, from which to enjoy beautiful sunsets. With the capacity to host up to 6 people, the apartment is ideal for: – Couples seeking tranquility – Families wanting space and nature – Those visiting Assisi and the surrounding area by car – Business travelers – Stays of multiple nights We honestly believe we are not the right location for: – Excessively large groups – Those seeking nightlife – Parties – Events (except for small show-ups that we can accommodate in the ENERGIA room) The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator and oven, offers guests the possibility to prepare their own meals. The central bathroom, with a spacious shower, bidet, and remote-controlled heater fan, ensures a functional and comfortable environment. The rooms are carefully furnished, using natural materials that give the entire apartment a warm and harmonious atmosphere. Guests have access to a room of approximately 35 square meters dedicated to yoga and meditation sessions (extra service). The bedrooms and meditation room feature comfortable parquet flooring. The property has a fenced outdoor area with a gazebo for pleasant evenings outside. In the intimate garden, there is a hammock for relaxing in the sun. The property also offers convenient parking (two cars) within a private area, including an electrical outlet for charging electric vehicles (extra service). The features of the property make it particularly suitable for hosting families and children (a fully equipped crib is available upon request). Silence, tranquility, exclusive use of the available spaces, and private Wi-Fi make it excellent for those working remotely. For optimization reasons, the minimum number of nights bookable is 2.
