Don’t forget your binoculars, see the abundant bird life either from the comfort of your deck, or out and about on the property. Get lucky and you may catch a glimpse of the elusive lyrebird, gang-gang cockatoo, glossy black cockatoo or the brilliant satin bower bird. More commonly you will see fairy wrens, king parrots, spinebills, and kookaburras. Go out in the evening and you might spot a wombat, or some wallabies in the paddocks in the afternoon This is the place for people wanting time out, for relaxation, meditation and contemplation. It is perfect for overseas guests or a fantastic introduction to the natural world for children. There are opportunities to closely watch some of the farm chickens and goats.
