The Municipality of Fermo in the Lido di Fermo area has made 3 free beaches available for dogs: - San Tommaso Tre Archi, adjacent to the mouth of the Tenna River, north coast. - Casabianca-Riva del Pescatore, north coast. - south of the mouth of the Ete Vivo stream, next to the boat mooring area, south coast. But that’s not all! Within walking distance of the accommodation, you will also find a beautiful green park along a kilometer, where you can entertain your pet and spend time outdoors. Other things to note We love animals and are happy to welcome them into the house 🐶🐱 To ensure that the apartment is always impeccable even for those arriving later (especially allergic or very sensitive guests), after a stay with animals we carry out a more thorough cleaning. To cover these additional interventions, a fee of €40 is provided in addition to the standard cleaning cost, which will be requested during self check-in. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning that allows you not to open the windows and reduce the sound of passing trains. The railway, as in all of Lido di Fermo, is close to the apartment. Unfortunately, if you have very light sleep, despite the air conditioning, it is not the ideal place. Once the booking is made, the online check-in will be managed through a dedicated software of our manager, designed to make the process simple and fast. During this process, you will be asked to: 1.
