Fully equipped shared kitchen, tea kitchen, shared bathrooms, basement with washing machine and dryer, terrace with barbecue and a park-like garden. Come here to relax and unwind under the 300-year-old oak tree in the garden. The space You rent a single room in the house by the park with direct access to the terrace and garden. The view to the east and south in the fantastic garden with the 300-year-old oak tree allows you to observe the local wildlife undisturbed. The bed has an electrically adjustable slatted frame (1 m x 1.90 m). The room is equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an illuminated desk secretary, as a cozy workplace, a stylish armchair for relaxing, a wardrobe and a sideboard. Linens, towels, tea and coffee are included. You share the bathroom with shower/bath with a maximum of two other guests. The kitchen/social room on the ground floor is also fully available to you. In the basement there is a washing machine with dryer that you can use for a small fee. If you need a bike, it is also available for a small fee. Need a garage? This can also be rented for a fee. Guest access Access to the house in the park is via an individual door code. Each room is lockable with a personal security key. Other things to note Smoking The house is a non-smoking house. A cozy smoking area can be found in the garden on the terrace. Animals Since we also accommodate guests who have allergic reactions to animal hair, animals are unfortunately not allowed in our house.
