The villa has a private garden and a swimming pool for exclusive use (height over 140 cm and reaches about 180 cm at the highest point). The house consists of a large living room with kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, two full bathrooms and two covered verandas. Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa, the swimming pool, the two verandas at the front and back, and the garden.
