The house situated in the center of Christos Raches - the most pictureque village of Ikaria island, offers an amazing view of the forested scenery with only a 15-minute access to the island's most famous beaches. Within a minute, you can find yourself among the great variety of taverns with quality food, small shops with local products and of course amazing bars which provide all kinds of nightlife. David & Mende October 2023 Kyriakos's place was a great location in the center of the small village and walkable to local restaurants and shops. It was a quick 15-30 minute drive to some of the best local beaches and sights. He was a wealth of knowledge about the island and helpful with any requests. It is newly remodeled/updated and a quiet but convenient stay. We loved it! 2.Andriy June 2023 We greatly enjoyed our stay at Kyriakos' apartment. Kyriakos is a caring and kind host who takes very good care of his property and cares about his guests. The apartment is situated right in the center of Christos Rachos. Restaurants, cafes, grocery supermarkets are all within walking distance (5 min max) from the property. At the same time, the place is secluded and quiet enough to have a peaceful rest. There are many interesting places to hike to in the area. We also had great time talking to Kyriakos about Ikaria, longevity and things to do around the island. He even gave us a ride to the mountains at Radi forest. The place has all you need to cook, rest and have a good time. Highly recommend. Registration Details 00002438375
