Rustic Studio on the Hills

The "Lumi-House" accommodation is part of a larger rustic hillside cottage with a large garden and wonderful panoramic views of the Reno Valley. Surrounded by greenery and tranquility, it is perfect for a stop during a trip along the "Porrettana" (SS 64) or as a base to explore the magical places of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The space The studio apartment is located inside the main house to which it remains connected through a door, locked during the guests' stay. The recently renovated space reflects the rural atmosphere typical of these areas and offers an authentic and genuine spirit. The loft environment consists of a small double-height living area and bathroom on the ground floor, above which is the sleeping area. The large garden, bordered by a fence, is always lush and well-kept, and in the right seasons with good weather you can have breakfast outdoors. Guest access You will find the host to welcome you, who will gladly lead you through the garden to the apartment. The entrance to the space is in fact completely independent from the main house. The entire studio apartment is for the exclusive use of guests, while the garden is shared. Other things to note If necessary, the mattress can be separated, offering two single beds for overnight stays. The ceiling of the mezzanine floor is particularly low and could make the stay more comfortable for people who are not too tall. In particular, we recommend always paying close attention to the main beam every time you go up/down the stairs! Arriving for the first time at Lumi-House may seem like a small adventure, but following the directions and with a little patience, you can reach this small village, in the final part of which you will arrive at your destination.
