The apartment is located in the hamlet of Ghizzano, the most colorful small village in Tuscany where at every step you come across a site-specific work of art by David Tremlett, Alicja Kwad, Patrick Tuttofuoco and many others. The space The accommodation is an annex with a private panoramic garden and veranda, perfect for welcoming travelers in Tuscany who want to treat themselves to a little relaxation surrounded by greenery. The house is furnished in a rustic style and has an entrance on the ground floor with a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen and toilet (without shower). The sleeping area is located on the first floor and offers two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one, in transit, with two single beds), a full bathroom with shower. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, TV, wifi, central heating, air conditioning, and a private parking space inside the property. Full linens are provided. Other things to note The house is in a central and strategic position to easily reach Volterra (30 minutes), San Gimignano (35 minutes), Pisa (40 minutes), Livorno (50 minutes), Siena (1 hour), Florence (1 hour and 20 minutes) by car. Just 5 km away is the village of Lajatico, the birthplace of the famous Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli and his Teatro del Silenzio. For sports enthusiasts, there is the possibility of practicing golf, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, and e-biking in the area.
