Our earthy house, perched on the hill, is waiting to accommodate you and make your holidays unforgettable. The sandy beach of Tsonima is one of the most beautiful in the area & ideal for families. Nearby, historical monuments are waiting for you to discover them. The space The house dominates an area of four acres located on a hill overlooking the sea. It stands out for its Cycladic character, its simplicity and its harmonization with the natural landscape. It has two floors with a total of 240 sq.m. while the interior decoration is uniquely designed with elements of clay and wood. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table, a bathroom and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa fireplace and TV with Netflix available. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms, a second living room with desk, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies with wonderful view to the Aegean Sea. Outside, the large paved courtyard allows you to enjoy the coolness and the view as it has a large marble table where you can dine and additional tables, chairs, chaises and cushions. A large pergola offers shade while a garden with mulberry trees, flowering bougainvillea, laurels and jasmine trees spreads out under the courtyard and offers you generous shade and wonderful scents. In the accommodation you can enjoy high speed wifi internet (Starlink). Guest access At the entrance of the property there is a ramp that leads to a private outdoor parking area for three cars, which is located a few steps from the house. Parking is possible outside. Access to the house is through the main door where there is 1 step. There are also available entrances to the ground floor of the house without steps." Every single room in the house has mosqouito repellent devices and all balcony doors have mosquito net to keep out pesky insects, especially during the summer! Access to the house and surrounding attractions requires a vehicle. There are no public transport facilities in the area.
