The space The very large living room is furnished with modern furniture and a dining table for 12 people and offers a distinctive view of the lawn. Next to it is a playroom with sports equipment such as a small gym, a pool table, a foosball table and a dartboard game. A partition wall allows this room to be opened to create a huge space. The villa's six bedrooms can accommodate up to nine people on the first floor, while the second floor offers a luxurious master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and hot tub. In addition, there is another bedroom next to the game room. Towels and linens are provided. The modern kitchen has a dining table and invites you to cook and enjoy. Our villa is perfect for various events such as birthday parties, engagements and much more. We will be happy to assist you in organizing such events. Guest access Pottum is about 89 km from Frankfurt Airport and about 20 km northeast of Koblenz. In Pottum there are supermarkets for convenient shopping for groceries and everyday items. Our villa offers its own parking space and plenty of outdoor space for several cars. Access to the villa is either through our garden or from the back of the kitchen where the parking spaces are located. Guests will receive the access details for our accommodation via email and SMS, including a PIN code that allows them to access the villa.
