The space Welcome to my spacious retreat, an enchanting home located in a small medieval Tuscan village, far from the usual tourist routes but within easy reach of the region's most characteristic places. This house, once an ancient convent, has been expertly restored to offer a unique experience to our guests. From its privileged location, you will enjoy wonderful views of the Valdichiana, a breathtaking landscape that stretches to the horizon. Equipped with two double bedrooms, one of which has a panoramic terrace, and two full bathrooms and one service bathroom, this abode offers the ultimate in comfort and privacy. Both rooms are equipped with 55-inch Smart TVs and air conditioning. On the second floor, in addition to a laundry area, you will find a versatile room that can be used both as a living room and bedroom, thanks to the presence of a comfortable sofa bed. The main living room on the ground floor, which is very large and bright, has an antique fireplace and in addition to sofas houses a kitchen equipped with fridge, freezer, electric oven, induction stove, dishwasher and microwave oven where you can prepare delicious meals in the company of your loved ones. Outside, a charming garden with patio and a private 9.5x4.5m swimming pool await you, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan sun.
