Use of the 750 m² spa resort with saltwater pool, sauna & hot tub 100 m away included. The space The Gätschenberger holiday home is located about 100 m from the guest house and spa resort. The high-quality furnished vacation home has been newly renovated and put into operation in June 2023. It offers about 115 sqm of space over 2 floors. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, guest toilet, utility room and staircase. Upstairs there is a 36 m² living-dining area with a large kitchen. There is also another bedroom on the upper floor. From the hallway you can reach the large bathroom directly with a large walk-in shower that also has a seat. The toilet and large washbasin leave nothing to be desired. The apartment is entered through a hallway with an old mosaic floor from the turn of the century. The bright apartment, with high stucco ceilings, is very stylishly furnished. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with double beds, a very large living room with 2 sofas, armchairs and stools. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Washing machine, dryer and sink are available in the utility room of the apartment. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, dog blanket and dog bowl are of course part of the apartment. A charging station with electricity from the photovoltaic system is available for electric vehicles. Bicycles and e-bikes can be safely parked and charged in a separate room. A dog shower with hot water and dry towels is also available. The outdoor area is temporarily still under construction. However, we would like to point out that the rear outdoor area (terrace, balcony and garden) is not yet completed. This work is expected to be completed and usable by May 2024. Next to our guest house, 100 m away, there is a 750 m² spa resort. It has everything that makes your stay in the holiday home in the Saar Loop region unforgettable and unique. Here in our wellness barn there is an 8 x 3.75 x 1.55 deep saltwater pool heated to 28°C all year round. In addition, there is a 2.3 x 2.7 m sauna for up to 10 people, a shower with a surge and Kneipp shower as well as a nice relaxation room for the cold days. Outside the wellness barn is a covered south-facing hot tub with air and massage jets for up to 8 people, surrounded by a large garden lounge for resting and relaxing. This spa resort is available to the guests of the vacation home as well as the guests of the guest house.
