The apartment is located in a building approved by statutes for tourist housing, located in beachfront tourist area. This information must be sent two (2) days in advance, and will be at the building's front desk when you arrive. You only need to provide your ID in person. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. You must wear the wristband during your stay so that you can enter and leave the building without a problem. We do this for the building's security.   I must also state that no visitors are accepted, only people registered in advance on the guest list.   Our guests can enjoy the building's social areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, gym) during the hours established by the building's regulations, which are from 9 am to 7 pm.
