In 35 m², you will find a beautiful, open-plan living and sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a small terrace. Super nice and definitely refreshing. ;) Amenities and features: ● Sleeping area: Comfortable king-size box-spring bed, cozy sofa bed (can be used flexibly as a single bed), blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. ● Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, Senseo pod machine, kettle and toaster. ● Living area: Open-plan design with a 55-inch smart TV, a dining table for 3 people and a convenient workspace. ● Bathroom: Modern, with a spacious walk-in shower, modern fittings, shampoo and soap dispensers, and a washing machine. ● Outdoor area: Direct access to your private patio, equipped with a BBQ, ideal for relaxing outdoors. ● Comfort: Pleasant underfloor heating throughout the apartment. No, pets are not allowed to come with us. We also offer the houses as allergy-friendly and therefore pay close attention to keeping them pet-free. This applies to all sizes and species alike. ● We would like to arrive earlier and stay longer. Is that possible? If it works with the bookings before and/or after you, early check-in or late checkout (max. 2 hours) is possible for a small additional fee. Just write to us two days before your arrival or departure (earlier is not worth it), and then we will check it specifically for you. And with some luck, we'll be able to fulfill your wish. ;) ● Are linens provided? Yes, you can relax and lie down in the made bed. ;) Towels are also available. If you stay longer than 14 nights, there will be a mandatory interim cleaning to keep things comfortable for your entire stay. ● Your house is perfect for our party. Can we have a party at your place? No, our houses are not intended for loud parties. You will surely find better places for that here on Airbnb.
