Casa Carlotta is a newly renovated apartment, located a few minutes from the center of Terrasini and the sea. The apartment (FIRST FLOOR) is equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The apartment consists of an entrance to the living area where the kitchen is located, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom complete with shower and toilet. The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. The space SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, 2 in the first bedroom with a double bed and 2 in the second bedroom with a double bed. BATHROOMS The apartment has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. WIFI The apartment is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. LINEN The apartment is complete with bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE Guests will also have a washing machine that they can use at no extra cost. KITCHEN The apartment has a furnished kitchen complete with everything you need (utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with pods and traditional coffee machine, oven). PARKING The apartment does NOT have a private indoor parking lot, but it is possible to park on the street where a parking lot is always available. SAFETY The apartment has a fire extinguisher and a smoke and carbon monoxide detection system. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment is in a very quiet and peaceful residential area. The apartment is located on the first floor, which is accessed via the stairs.
