Super comfortable beds, extra pillows & linens make for a luxurious sleep. Only 10 minute easy drive to actual Canadian Horseshoe Falls & tourist attractions. Quick highway access to Toronto & USA. Delicious locally owned restaurants within 1-2 min drive. The space Located in quiet and peaceful residential neighbourhood. Comfortable upper floor living space with plenty of light in my residential home. Very clean, and modern and two main bedrooms back on to ravine like setting. Beautiful, serene and peaceful with lots birds around. 5 steps up on left from main entrance will lead you to a beautiful, serene and peaceful space. You will immediately feel at home and relaxed from a day of travel. You will hear the sound of birds singing and may spot some beautiful ones around. All three private guest rooms are private and have lock and keys. Very comfortable rooms with dresser, mirror, night light, hangers, towels. A relaxing beachy vibe living room area and dining table with coastal decor for a relaxing ambiance awaits. Although the kitchen is available for use, please note the following: No cooking with stove. No stove use. Only light kitchen prep for salads and sandwiches ect. ok. Some fridge space is available to store your restaurant take away containers and some personal items. Plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, bowls, can opener, wine glasses, wine opener, serving dishes, dish towels, paper napkins, and napkins available. Toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave are available, as well as fresh ground coffee and variety of teas for you to enjoy. Dish soap and cleaning products are under sink or on top of counter. Kindly and please leave kitchen how you found it, so please wash dishes and put away. Thank you!! 3rd Single Guest Room only available for guests making a reservation for 5 guests. Guest access Three comfortable rooms with private bath including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, and various amenmeities. All three rooms have private keys. A $45 replacement fee for each guest room key is required if keys are lost. Living room/dining/kitchen areas are shared spaces. Wifi code along with front entry code are provided upon your welcoming and a 15 minute orientation and tour my home. I live at my home during your stay. Shared spaces include living and dining room and entrance. Enjoy the tranquil living room are dining room areas. Although I have my own private area/floor downstairs with private bathroom, you may find me upstairs in our shared kitchen space - I love to cook and support our local farmers. If you are visiting the area in the summer, this location is great for picking fresh fruit in the Niagara-on-the-Lake area. Feel free to store your fresh fruit in the fridge. Although the thermostate is located upstairs, it is important to know that it controls all 2400 square feet of living space on both levels. Please avoid tampering or controlling the thermostate as it affects all spaces in the home. Parking available for two vehicles. No food or drink on front and back of property and in the guest rooms. No personal barbecues. During your stay Really enjoy hospitality, being an Airbnb Super Host, and sharing my home to respectful and clean guests. Am around to be of assistance and can be available if you need me. Can be reached by message via Airbnb, or cell during your stay. Quiet time is from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please abide to this house rule, as myself and/or family members live at my home. Kindly leave my home as you found it. Although this is a shared accomodation with private rooms and bathroom only, I provide plenty of privacy to my guests. I will be around my home, in and out, but can provide dining suggestions and other information upon your arrival and during your stay should you need assistance. Other things to note Please be respectful of property both inside and outside including neighbours. Kindly remove shoes and leave at base of stairs. Any oil leaks wil be at expense of guests. Estimated arrival time is mutually agreed upon between guest and Host at time reservation request is made or accepted. If not possible please provide estimated time of arrival 2-3 days prior to your arrival so can make appropriate arrangements to welcome you and orient you to my home and be available to asist with local information. Home is not suitable to any kind of animals due to sensitives, allergies, safety and home sharing traditional hosting model. Thank you:)
