The comfortable mattress guarantees peaceful sleep, while the large space offers you the freedom to move comfortably and work on a mini workstation equipped with a small table and a chair. Here you will find a bench to comfortably rest your luggage. It will be the perfect retreat to recharge your batteries and wake up ready for another adventure. Large living room with double sofa bed: Our spacious room offers maximum flexibility thanks to its double sofa bed, with a comfortable mattress. The room offers a practical workspace, complemented by free Wi-Fi. The decor is well-kept and the spaces are large, the room is equipped with a balcony overlooking the garden in front of the street side. Comfort and functionality are guaranteed thanks to direct access to the kitchen. Equipped and airy kitchen with large dining table: The airy, equipped and spacious kitchen offers you the opportunity to prepare delicacies to your liking. Guest access The entrance is through a gate that leads you to a shared covered area. Enter the building, turning left you will reach the apartment on the mezzanine floor. Other things to note Access to the apartment will be via a dedicated code and instructions, which will be provided to you once the online check-in procedure has been completed, during which you will communicate all the information necessary to identify the guests of the property. The information sent online will be verified by our staff as soon as possible and deleted once the verification is completed. If you prefer not to provide this information online, you can request an in-person check-in. As there is no reception on site, this service carries an additional cost, to be defined based on the arrival time and day of the week. Please contact us in advance to check availability and conditions. To ensure competitive and fair rates, our standard rate for two people includes the preparation of a double bed. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds, you can request the preparation of a second bed for a one-time additional fee of €15, regardless of the length of your stay.
