Vacation home (6/8 people) located in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes (junction of Bastogne 20 km, La-Roche-en-Ardenne 10 km and Saint-Hubert 15 km). Green setting: the large garden (2000 m²) and an equipped terrace will allow you to spend a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2023, come and immerse yourself in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Several walks in the woods and fields accessible from the accommodation. The space The accommodation is composed of 2 floors. On the ground floor is: - One bedroom (160 x 200 bed) with bathroom - Living room, dining room and kitchen. - A toilet - The terrace is accessible from the living room. It is equipped with a barbecue, a table and chairs for 8 people and a large umbrella. Upstairs is: - A shower room with sink and toilet - 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160 x 200), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90*200) and bedroom 3 (1 sofa bed 80 x 200 or 160 x 200) A crib and high chair are available. Guests can use the garage to park a vehicle, bikes, etc. A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal. The garden is fully accessible to you. A swing is available for children. The property is not equipped with an electric vehicle charging station. Recharging the vehicle via the accommodation's installation (standard electrical outlet in the cellar) will be counted as an extra. Possibility to provide you with a supply of wood for the stove (on request and at an additional cost). You must bring your bed linen and bath towels as they are not available in the rental. The accommodation is easily accessible via highway and national road. You can visit La Roche (10 minutes), Saint-Hubert (10 minutes), Bastogne (20 minutes), Houffalize (30 minutes), Durbuy (35 minutes), Bouillon (40 minutes), Orval (1 hour), Luxembourg (1 hour 15 minutes), Brussels (1 hour 30 minutes), Bruges (2 hours 45 minutes), Ostend (2 hours 45 minutes). Several hikes on foot or by bike can be done from the property. During school holidays, the accommodation is rented preferably from Friday to Friday, but you can always reach out to us if you have a different request.
