L'ArchiDuchesse Conciergerie has selected for you, Camille - an entire flat - classified 4 crowns - for 4 people located near the Palais de Justice in Rouen! The space Welcome to this charming flat, ideally located in Rouen. Discover a pleasant place, designed for your absolute comfort. This pretty F2 has a pleasant, bright living room with a sofa bed, a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with WC. The living room features a sofa bed, television and dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. You'll be able to prepare delicious meals with ease, thanks to a range of equipment including oven, microwave, cooker, mini-fridge, dishwasher, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a wide selection of kitchen utensils. The shower room has a shower, toilet and washbasin unit. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation. Would you like to enjoy your stay a little longer? A flat fee of €10 applies for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and prior approval from our concierge team. Guest access Travellers have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Please note that the building does not have a lift and that the flat is located on the second floor. Access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases. Arrivals can be made via the ArchiDuchesse keymaster from 4pm to 8pm and departures must be made by 11am at the latest. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation. The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more! For any special requests, contact the Cour de l'ArchiDuchesse. Taking advantage of a rental also means respecting a few rules to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Remember to look after the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave it clean when you leave. Respect the rules on opening hours and the use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours. And if you have any concerns, don't hesitate to let us know. Don't forget that parties are strictly forbidden (€250 deducted from the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 deducted from the deposit), that pets are forbidden (€50 deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us and that any loss, theft or damage will be invoiced at the actual replacement value.
