The space Nestled in the heart of Box Hill, this elegant unit at Prospect St boasts a meticulously designed interior featuring two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a plush queen-size bed. An additional sofa bed in the living area ensures ample sleeping arrangements for guests. The modern bathroom radiates with sleek finishes, providing both style and function. Step out onto the expansive balcony, where breathtaking views await, offering a perfect backdrop for morning coffees or evening relaxation. This property encapsulates both comfort and luxury, making it an ideal choice for short or long-term stays. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, including both bedrooms, the living room, bathroom, and the spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use, and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Please note that any locked cupboards or rooms are private and not accessible to guests. We’ve made sure to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Other things to note 1. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, $300.00 penalty will be applied if smoking is detected. 2. No pet is allowed, $350.00 penalty will be applied. 3. No parties allowed inside the property, no loud noise after 10pm, $300.00 penalty will be applied. 4. Do not wipe your cosmetics by using any of the accommodation towels, $50.00 penalty will be applied if it's detected. 5. Please clean all the used mugs and plates before check-out. 6. Please empty the rubbish bin before check-out. 7.Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM, fees will be charged AUD $25 for any late check out no later than 11:30am. 8. Extra cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check out. 9. Please note there is camera in the apartment building for safety reasons but there is no camera in the apartment 10. All guests must provide valid Photo ID (passport or an Australian drive license)to host before check in. 11.If the smoking alarm has been removed or wrapped in a plastic bag after the guest check out, you will be fined to $300 12. Guests should pay attention to the use of keys, in case the room door locks automatically when taking out the rubbish. 13.Our lockbox is conveniently located inside The Little Shell, a fast-food restaurant at the following address: G05/545 Station St Box Hill (within Skyone Shopping Mall). The restaurant’s operating hours are as follows: • Monday: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM • Tuesday to Saturday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM • Sunday: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Please note that if you plan to pick up the key outside of the restaurant’s operating hours, please inform us in advance so we can make alternative arrangements. The key pickup location is a short 10-minute walk from the apartment. Non-driving guests are advised to plan accordingly. As we don’t have a fixed place to store keys, we have rented a space to hang the lockbox for added security and convenience. If you find the 10-minute walk a bit far, please consider exploring nearby accommodations that may better suit your needs.
