Come to us, our apartment is comfortable, bright and recently renovated with new furnishings, large Smart TVs and appliances to ensure your well-being and comfort! We have finished the cozy rooms that make the spaces harmonious, with everything you need to enjoy a nice stay in the name of visiting and tranquility, near the Verona Fair and 3 km from the Historic Center. It is on the second floor, with no elevator, and consists of an entrance, with maps and charts of the area and Lake Garda, a living room with a sofa bed option with a dining and relaxation area with a large TV and a very well-equipped kitchen. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms, one double and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine, and shampoo and conditioner dispensers. All rooms except the bathroom have a balcony where ashtrays are placed on the ground for kind smoking guests, the butts must be left unlit inside the ashtray and we will take care of emptying them, but remember that inside the apartment smoking is forbidden 🚭 for the safety and hygiene of all, thank you 🙏🏼 Guest access The apartment is all at your complete disposal and is located on the second floor where there is an identification plaque and is without an elevator, has a garage for scooters or bicycles on request.
