Come to us, our apartment is comfortable, bright and recently renovated with new furnishings, large Smart TVs and appliances to ensure your well-being and comfort! We have finished the rooms with wallpaper and furniture in warm and welcoming colors that make the spaces harmonious, with everything you need to enjoy a nice stay dedicated to visits and tranquility, a stone's throw from the Verona Fair and 3 km from the Historic Center ! It is located on the second floor, without a lift, and consists of an entrance hall, with maps and plans of the area and Lake Garda, a living room with the possibility of a sofa bed with a dining and relaxation area with a large TV and a very well-equipped kitchen. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms, one double and another bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer and washing machine, and dispensers of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. All the rooms except the bathroom have a balcony where ashtrays are placed on the floor for our kind smoking guests, cigarette butts must be left unlit in the ashtray and we will take care of emptying them, but remember that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment 🚭 for everyone's safety and hygiene, thank you 🙏🏼 Guest access The apartment is all at your complete disposal and is located on the second floor where there is a recognition plate and is without a lift, it has a garage for scooters or bicycles on request.
