Your apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa from which you will be able to enjoy the large terrace and a breathtaking view. This accommodation is ideal for anyone who wants a quiet environment while being just a few minutes from the sea and services. The space The apartment consists of a bright living area provided with a spacious sofa that can become a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is complete and equipped with a dining table, TV and everything you need, including dishes and utensils. The windowed bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Completing the apartment is the master bedroom with Queen Size bed and a spacious closet where guests can store their clothes. The large panoramic terrace is for the exclusive use of guests who can enjoy a breakfast overlooking the sea and mountains. The entire house is surrounded by a wonderful garden and orchard where seasonal produce kindly offered by the owners can be tasted.
 For barbecue-loving guests, there is also an area where they can grill meat, fish and vegetables to their liking. Guest access The house has a separate entrance that provides the right amount of privacy for guests. Parking is free and directly inside the house. Other things to note The upstairs of the Villa consists of 2 apartments that can accommodate up to 3 people each, if you are a family or a group up to 6 people, you can see the other apartment on the Host's profile. During the stay, from June onwards, we offer a Kayak rental service upon request.
