The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining, two living areas, laundry, two verandas to capture the views and courtyard with a large picnic table setting to relax. The space The cottage has been fully restored and tastefully decorated with modern appliances. This cottage can sleep 4 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms ( one on each level), air conditioning, full kitchen with a full-sized fridge. The main living area has a leather lounge and flatscreen smart TV. The two verandas have a two seat table setting to enjoy the view over the city and working harbour. There is a full laundry with washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, ironing board and washing powder. Out the back of the property in a courtyard with a large picnic table and umbrella.
