The space This is a two-bedroom apartment featuring one queen bed and one double bed, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. It is well suited for family holidays or trips with friends. The apartment includes a private balcony furnished with a table and chairs, providing a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee while taking in city views. Each area of the home is clearly defined, with separate bedrooms, living and dining spaces that offer both comfort and privacy throughout your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic kitchenware, cookware, crockery and cutlery, making it easy to prepare simple meals after a busy day. Other things to note Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges. Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform us. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns ASAP. Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest. Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
