The accommodation is very close to the historic center, within walking distance in 20 minutes along Via Pisana to Ponte Vecchio or by bus in 5 minutes with a bus stop below the house. Private parking is included in the price! Cleanliness, tranquility and comfort are assured. It is particularly suitable for families and groups of friends as we can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV and WiFi. The space The apartment is equipped with a private parking space in a closed courtyard with an automatic gate that we make available to guests free of charge. Private parking is a real rarity in the tourist offer, since our apartment borders the San Frediano district (central area) but is outside the ZTL area and therefore accessible without permits. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The stairs are comfortable and you can reach the place effortlessly. Check-in is done in person, and we therefore help with the luggage. Absolute privacy is guaranteed because each couple of guests will have their own private room equipped with every comfort (TV, breakfast table; air conditioning and ceiling fan for those who prefer natural air). In room 1 (green room) there is a double bed 160x190; in room 2 (golden room) there are two single beds that I can, upon request, be joined to form a double bed; in room 3 (white room) there is a one and a half square bed that can also accommodate two children and an armchair bed. There is a bathroom complete with shower and bidet and a half bathroom without a shower. The rate for 5 and 6 people includes the use of the 3 bedrooms. Bookings for up to 4 people include the use of two bedrooms. Upon request, the third room can be prepared at an additional daily cost of 15 euros, as a reimbursement of expenses, to be paid in cash at the time of check-in. The apartment is also very quiet because it has double windows. Within a few meters there are all the services: excellent restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, newsstand, tobacco shop, parks, etc. You can reach the old town: - in less than 10 minutes using tram 1 with stop 6 minutes walk; - in 5 minutes by bus # 6 with a stop below the house; - walk in 20 minutes with a nice walk along the characteristic Via Pisana and the charming Borgo San Frediano to Ponte Vecchio It is well connected to the Fortezza da Basso (Pitti Uomo, Bimbi and Immagine) with the T1 with 6 stops. It is close to the Visarno Auditorium, which can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes.
