The space The room is located on the 4th floor, with spacious stairs and a hallway filled with natural light. What you will love about this room is the garden balcony. - A garden balcony equivalent to a small room will be the ideal place to watch the street, enjoy a fresh morning with a cup of coffee , or relax in the evening with a cool bottle of beer. Or you can let yourself swing in a hammock and watch the night sky of Hanoi. This is a unique thing that you can hardly find in the center of the Old Quarter. - Small potted plants are a part of our house. I would be very grateful if when you can take care of them and water them while you are here. - The entrance to the rooms goes through a mini cocktail bar, however it is very clean and does not cause any inconvenience to your stay. - The homestay is surrounded by many famous tourist attractions, street food areas, convenience stores... - Our homestay is in the Old Quarter so honestly can't avoid noise and dust. Thank you for your cooperation. * Please switch off all the electricity points when not in use. * Guests can cook but please do not cook/bring foods that have a strong smell like: seafood, mangosteen, jackfruit, duriancurries, hot pot, grilled, hot colors... that will cause odors in the room and will be difficult to clean * Smoking: Only allowed outside the room, on the balcony. * Due to the Old Quarter house structure, a water pump should be equipped to increase water pressure. It makes some noise when in use. Hope you are not bothered by this * If you come to Hanoi in winter, please check the weather in advance. Please remember to bring warm clothes to ensure your health. * Note: As you know, Vietnam is a tropical country. But we do not have an insect problem. Just in case you find for some reason any mosquitoes..., you can ask us for some spray to fix that problem. * For your safety, we have installed indoor cameras that are easy to observe in common areas (stairs, shared kitchen ).
