Dahlia Cottage (600 sq.ft.) on the 1st floor of the annex bldg can host 4 guests. The ambience of free-flowing spaces with warm, cozy colours (the Master bedroom can be closed-off); the valley and pear-orchard view & the lush lawns create an instant mood-lift. Stay at Dahlia & let this space bring you even closer together! The space This property has: - 2 Bedrooms (one lockable, other open plan). Please note that this sleeping arrangement will not be suitable for 2 couples. It will suit a family of 2 parents + 2 kids or 4 friends. - 1 Bathroom - 1 Smart TV (Bring your own accounts) - 1 Dining cum Foyer Space (Indoor) - Patio (Outdoor) - 1 Storage Cupboard Available on request: - Laundry Service - Catering Guest access Guests have full / exclusive access to the cottage as well as the common lawn space. Other things to note 1. There is no kitchen in this unit. 2. The caretaker stays on the property and will cater all /any meals you require at a nominal cost. 3. Bonfire and Barbeque services cost extra; the caretaker will charge you for those. 4. Only one bedroom is lockable. 5. There is one bathroom with a hot shower.
