Newly-built villa (120 sq.m.) in Tolo surrounded by nature with a 4x8m pool close the centre. Ideal for up to 8 persons, it is completely private, has modern, minimalist decor, is fully equipped with everything needed for a great holiday in Tolo. Our villa is split in two sections, each with two bedrooms and kitchen-living-dining area which are joined together by a huge outdoor lounge, a barbecue station, an outdoor kitchen as well as lots of private parking. Perfect for two families or friends. The space Our Villa in General With four bedrooms our villa can easily accommodate one big family, two smaller families or a group of friends on vacation together. In two separate parts, each part of the accommodation has a double bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom on the first floor sleeping 4 persons in total. All bedrooms have their own A/C units for the individual comfort of our guests and each are decorated in a relaxing, yet vibrant, assortment of colours. There is a small, practical workspace on the upper floors of each section for our guests that need to work during their holiday or just for a little quiet time. Outside With the two sides of the villa being essentially separate, each family/group have their own privacy when needed, while the outdoor spaces of the villa are designed to bring people together to socialise at the pool, relax on sunbeds, hang out in the huge open-air covered lounge area that connects the two parts on its plethora of comfy sofas or enjoy a drink after swimming. There is an outdoor shower, toilet and the large swimming pool also has a hydromassage facility. Outdoor Cooking Cooking together and preparing snacks in the outside kitchen is a breeze, the stone-built barbeque or the wood-burning oven are also great options to take advantage of al fresco living. THere is also an outside fridge, making it not so far to go for a cool drink or some ice. We made it a priority to create the ideal space for gatherings with family & friends. Each Part of the Villa Each separate accommodation section has an open plan lounge - dining - kitchen area equipped with a full-sized cooker including an oven, pots, pans, cutlery, cutlery, plates, glasses, all cooking utensils as well as an electric kettle, sandwich toaster, filter coffee machine, espresso coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. Ideal for a relaxed family meal or an amazing breakfast. There are two bathrooms in each of the villa's sections, on both the first floor and ground floor with lit mirrors and complimentary toiletries as well as televisions, Netflix and a washing machine to complete your home away from home experience. Guest access The whole of the villa is at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are supplied. We leave a day in between our reservations to make your arrival and departure more relaxed. Ask us about early arrival or late departure.
