Our pool is 1,4 meter deep, and we have no fence perimeter around the pool. If you are traveling with small children, please be very carefully. Fence perimeter around the pool could be arranged at additional charge and should be advised within 30 days prior to arrival time. Our villa is a cozy and private retreat—not a luxury hotel. While it may not have all the extravagant features of a five-star property, we pride ourselves on providing personalized service and heartfelt hospitality to make your stay truly special. As a tropical destination, Bali comes with its natural charm, which may include the occasional visit from friendly insects, birds, house gecko, lizards or frog. Rest assured, they are harmless and simply part of the island’s magical ecosystem. As tropical island with all of its amazing biodiversity. You may find plenty of various animals in the property, ranging from the endangered exotic creature until common house animals you’ve seen every day like lizard and gecko or small insects like ants and mosquitoes. We do our best to control mosquito population in our villa by doing fumigation once a month and clean the villa thoroughly every day but we cannot eradicate all. However, we will provide mosquito spray asper request in the villa. (Please understand that we cannot accommodate refunds or cancellations for situations arising from these natural occurrences. Early check-in is and Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. 2. Maximum Occupancy :The number of guests must not exceed the agreed booking. Unregistered guests are not allowed without prior approval. If there are extra guests staying, an additional charge of IDR 300,000 per person per day will apply (without extra bed) 3. Quite Hours : Please respect the neighbours. Quiet hours are from 21:00 PM to 8:00 AM. 4. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. 5. Parties & Events: Parties or events are not allowed. Drunken behaviour, drug abuse, and the use of illegal narcotics are strictly prohibited. 6. Pets: Pets are not allowed 7. Cleaning & Maintenance: Daily cleaning is included. Please feel free to inform our team according to your comfort and preference, Please inform us of any damage or maintenance issues immediately. 8. Security: Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa. Please use the safe deposit box for your valaubles. Management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings. 9. Use of Facilities: Please use all villa facilities responsibly. Please turn off the AC when not in use. If you use the iron, make sure to unplug it from the power socket after use. For safety reasons, please ensure the stove is switched off before leaving the villa any damage caused may result in extra charges. 10. Garbage Disposal: Kindly dispose of garbage in the designated bins. Staff will assist with daily disposal. Do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid blockages. You will be fine for plumbing problems and the cost of repairs. 11. Supervise Children : For their safety, please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially near the water and pool areas. We are not liable for any injuries that may occur. 12. Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property caused during their stay and will be required to cover the associated costs.
