Villa Rosa Marí

The property is located in a private setting with a caretaker. From the house, crossing a tree-lined avenue, you can reach the beach in 5 minutes on foot. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a sofa bed in the living room and a small room with a bunk bed (sleeps 5). We are 30 km from the airport and the port of Cagliari and 12 km from the beaches of Villasimius. Nearby are Mari Pintau Beach, Kala 'e Moru and Baccu Mandara. The space The house has a garden and two verandas. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. There are two fireplaces on the property and an outdoor BBQ where you can grill. Outside there is also a shower with hot water. If there are children, I can provide a high chair and travel cot upon request. Games and books for the little ones are already available. Guest access Geremeas is located on the southern coast of Sardinia, with a sandy beach and shallow waters of crystal clear water. The bay is 3 km long, ideal for a pleasant walk or run by the sea.
