An ancient house in the heart of Ostuni, furnished in a modern way but perfectly harmonized in its context. A relaxing atmosphere and comfort characterize this Apulian house of about 60 square meters on one level, including the terrace. The door to the small room inside the bedroom, even if it is open, is a private room (storage room) for the host's use only. Pets allowed with weight restrictions. Guest access Independent entrance from the main road, and being on the first floor from the door to the environment, which is all on one floor, you can access it with a staircase of about 15 steps, but still comfortable because it has a handrail on the railing. Free public parking is available under the house, so you can get to the house by car. The entire accommodation is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note A 10-minute walk from the square allows you to easily visit Ostuni on foot, its clubs in the historic center but at the same time located in a quiet area. The apartment with its balcony overlooks the main street. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood where parking is both paid and free. The apartment is located in a strategic point of the town, very close to a pharmacy, close to bars, supermarkets, bakeries, and the municipal villa. Ostuni is located 7 km from the sea, 5 km from the train station and 20 km from Brindisi airport, 30 minutes from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, and Monopoli. Check-in and check-out times are only rigid if there are other reservations on the day, otherwise they can be agreed upon. The guest is asked to cooperate in notifying us via chat about arrival and departure times so that there is a correct organization of cleaning in compliance with the entry of subsequent guests. NO smoking in the house, you will find ashtrays on the balcony. DO NOT hang laundry in the house, you will find the necessary items to hang laundry outside the house.
