An old house in the heart of Ostuni, furnished in a modern way but perfectly harmonized in its context. Relaxing atmosphere and comfort characterize this Apulian house of about 60sqm on one level, including the terrace. Guest access Independent entrance from the main street, and being on the first floor from the door to the environment, which is all on one floor, you access it with a staircase of about 15 steps, but it is still comfortable because it has a handrail on the railing. Free public parking is available under the house, so you can arrive by car right up to the house. The whole place is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note A 10-minute walk from the square allows you to comfortably visit Ostuni, its historic center, but at the same time located in a quiet area. The apartment with its balcony overlooks the main street. The house is arranged in a quiet neighborhood where parking is both paid and free. The location of the apartment is in a strategic point of the town, very close to a pharmacy, close to bars, supermarkets, bakeries, and the municipal villa. Ostuni is then located 7Km from the sea, 5Km from the train station and 20km from Brindisi airport, 30 minutes from Alberobello, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli. The check-in and check-out times are only strict if there are other reservations during the day, otherwise it can be agreed, the guest is asked to cooperate in the chat of the arrival and departure times so that there is a correct organization of cleaning in respect of the entrance of the subsequent guests. Smoking is prohibited in the house, you will find asholes on the balcony.
