The space Apartment is 90m2 Open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Concertina doors in lounge leading to small balcony. Main bedroom en suite with bath and shower. Second bedroom has a bathroom opposite the room with a shower. Guest access Secure under cover parking provided. Easy access to my city bus. Other things to note There is NO SMOKING in the apartment. If the smoke alarm goes off in you apartment you will be fined R500 and if the smoke alarm is tampered with you will be fined R1000. The pool and entertainment area is on the roof. Please note, no glass is permitted at the pool. Please keep noise levels to a minimum and no diving allowed. Use at own risk. We supply pool towels, please do not take them to the beach. Check in is at from 3pm Check out is at 10am. Please give us 24 hours notice if you require a cleaner at an extra charge. PLEASE NOTE that this is a residential apartment block. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT ALL. Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a fine of R1000 which will need to be paid the next morning. Unfortunately we have no choice but to inform our guests before hand. If you requested a travel cot, please confirm again 48 hours before arrival to ensure that it is ready when you arrive. We can only confirm it once payment was received. Travel cots are available at an additional R150 per stay.
