Ideally located in the heart of the 4 Périgord, this house is an outbuilding of a property dating from the 18th century, located in the extension of a Périgord farmhouse. Initially a tobacco dryer, then a stable, we transformed it into an elegant and comfortable house. The space We are pleased to host you at "Co-Living Land*" for a "Comfort and Wellness in the Countryside*" stay. This house has been renovated according to the rules of the art while bringing it a design touch, thus offering you a rare and simple comfort in the countryside. The interior is very bright with 2 large 4 m x 3 m windows On the ground floor: a modern and refined living room, composed of two sofas and a coffee table, the living room opens onto a private terrace. A kitchen also opens onto a private terrace. One bedroom (140 x 190 bed) with private shower. A separate toilet. Upstairs: A bedroom with king-size bed (160 x 200), bathtub and private toilet as well as a small lounge with sofa bed and coffee table. Each bedroom has a desk and air conditioning. The ceiling height is classic at the bottom. Upstairs, a transverse beam ("the truss") makes the accommodation atypical since you have to lower your head to go from the relaxation lounge to the bedroom. Ideal house to host two couples. The sofa bed can accommodate a 5th person Guest access The whole house is at your disposal as well as the terrace. You are welcome to the entire 2-hectare property. You can meet our donkeys, Marius and Michou, or our cats, all adopted to offer them a happy end of life. We ask that you do not enter the other houses without permission Other things to note Check-in: 5pm-8pm Check Out: 11H No pets allowed. The maximum capacity allowed throughout the stay is 4 people. The property is equipped with solar panels. In an eco-responsible approach, you will be asked to use the washing machine and dishwasher only during the day.
