The space The 40m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a period building with independent access from the street (a low step at the entrance) and is divided as follows: - KITCHENETTE equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and electric oven - LIVING AREA with dining table, split A/C, armchairs and TV - SLEEPING AREA with double bed, built-in wardrobe and clothes hanger - BATHROOM with wc, bidet and shower box. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: the external area is under video surveillance for security reasons. N.B.: the fireplace is NOT usable. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.
