Easy access by car and close to downtown Beceite. The space The El Sueño del Búho 1 apartment is a two-key tourist accommodation located on the ground floor of a 6-apartment building, with a capacity for two to four people. It stands out for being a spacious, bright space with a natural-style decor that conveys a pleasant sense of calm and harmony. Access to the house is through a shared community area that has a video surveillance system. The accommodation has a separate bedroom, equipped with a comfortable 150-centimeter bed, an open closet, full bedding, and two types of pillows to choose from to ensure a good night's sleep. The main area is a very cozy open space that includes the living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen for long stays. It has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender and full kitchenware, as well as a complimentary cleaning kit. The living area offers a double sofa bed, A/C and a smart TV where guests can connect their own streaming accounts, as well as a fireplace that's ideal for the colder months. The apartment is completed with a separate bathroom that has a walk-in shower, making it suitable for people with reduced mobility, and includes a hair dryer, towels, and a shower gel dispenser. One of the house's greatest attractions is its sunny private terrace, which offers beautiful views of Mount Calvary and is furnished for enjoying meals outdoors. It also has a portable charcoal BBQ, for which a bag is provided as a courtesy. To maintain privacy, the space is separated from the terrace of the adjoining apartment by a dividing lattice. Guest access Guests have access to a common laundry room inside the building, equipped with two washer-dryers, an iron and ironing board, and there is also a private portable clothesline in the apartment itself. Other things to note Beceite is a beautiful mountain village with a medieval layout. Due to the terrain's orography, its streets are narrow, steep and difficult to navigate. Fortunately, our accommodation (located at Calle Tejería, 68) is outside the historic center, in the upper part of the town. This guarantees you much easier access, since you can drive right up to the door to unload your luggage. We do not have private parking, but parking is free on the public road in front of the apartment or in the surrounding area, and you also have the Los Freginals Public Parking lot (regulated according to the time of year) very close by. Since it's a small town, you'll be only a 200-meter walk from the center, where you'll find bakeries, the pharmacy and a small supermarket. However, keep in mind that the terrain is sloped on the way back to the accommodation, so you'll have to climb a bit uphill.
