From the ground floor, there is a garage with three parking spaces and an elevator that you can use to each level. There is a spacious gym on the first floor and a fully equipped laundry room. And the bathroom next to the exercise room itself. On the second floor there is a living area, kitchen , dining room overlooking the sea and a heated pool with a terrace. The third floor has 4 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and sea views. Guest access The entire property is available to guests. Other things to note Pets are allowed upon request. The price includes all costs, including daily cleaning, towel and linen changes, pool maintenance, and a person available during the stay for all possible requests of our guests.
