The apartments are located in a quiet area not far from the city center with a well-developed transport network. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro station and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop. Nearby, you will find shopping centers, Arbat, TSUM, Green Bazaar, 28 Panfilov Park, Mega Park Mall, and Merey Trading House, all within a 5-10 minute taxi ride. Welcome! The space Our hotel has 22 apartments. Each apartment has a separate entrance, a private bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking (dishes, coffee, tea, water, spices, etc.). The bathroom is stocked with all essentials for personal hygiene (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, cotton swabs, etc.). Guest access Guests have access to a cozy courtyard and parking for 3 cars (arrangements need to be made in advance with the administrator). For an additional fee, guests can use the grill and barbecue facilities. Other things to note Please indicate your check-in time when making a reservation. Smoking is allowed only in a special place in the yard. When checking in, you must have your ID or passport with you.
