Franshoek Farm-The Heart Cottage

Unwind in this quaint cottage with a stunning view. The cottage is located on a sandstone bluff, overlooking a magnificent valley, on Franshoek Farm, in the Wittenberg Mountains, near Ficksburg. The space The Heart Cottage boasts a king-sized bedroom, and an open plan kitchen/lounge area with a wood-burning stove. The cottage has an en suite toilet with shower, only. Guest access Guests have use of the private cottage and access to our natural swimming pool garden, located just below the cottage. The garden has a steam hut, which can be lit by prior arrangement. There are several marked hiking trails in the mountains and an overhang “cave” and waterfall area to explore. Other things to note Please note that the farm is 15km off the tar road on the S384 gravel road. A vehicle with reasonably high clearance is recommended for travel to our farm. Wifi available on request and works pay as you go.
