For accessibility, please note the home is set high on the bock with access to the front porch via 10 stairs. Other things to note As a heritage villa on the high side of the street, access to Mrs Percival’s involves climbing 10 stairs. Please consider this when booking! Guest parking is in the driveway. There is no guest access to the garage or shed. Our apartment is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood perfect for a relaxed and peaceful stay.
