With its ideal position close to the Centre Port du Cap d 'Agde in the residence "Le NAXOS" you can enjoy the docks with its restaurants, nautical activities (sea walk, boat rental...) and its Grande Roue as well as the new ICONIC district bringing together the Tourist Office, the Palais des Congrès (events, shows...), the Casino Barrière and shops. All beaches are about a 20 minute walk away: Plage du Môle, Richelieu, Rochelongue, Roquille and the Grande Conque cove (crescent-shaped black sand beach) accessible along the volcanic cliffs of Cap d 'Agde. The apartment consists of the following: Entrance, serving the bathroom, and a large dressing room on your right, to store your belongings. KITCHEN equipped with electric hobs (2 fires), a microwave oven, a small oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker l 'Or du Café, kettle, toaster, blender and everything you need to make good dishes. Other things to note ACCOMMODATION MODALITY The keys are to be picked up at the reception point "Conciergerie du Cap d 'Agde" located 6 minutes by car from the accommodation and 15 minutes by foot. You can pick up the keys on your own from 4pm in a numbered lockbox accessible 24/7. A digital welcome booklet will be shared with you on the day of your arrival giving access codes to retrieve the keys and assistance with easy access to the accommodation. WIFI: be careful the wifi is available free of charge in the apartment, we waive any liability in the event of breakdown and this will not be subject to a refund under any circumstances Attention: For hygiene reasons, the beds are not made:) Bed linen is available in the accommodation Regarding the umbrella bed, it should be noted that the price is 20 euros per week and it can be used from birth up to 15 kg or until about 3 years.
