Overlooking the beautiful garden, it is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant vacation. The house has one bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Thanks to its strategic location in the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, you can easily reach from here both the French Cote D'Azur and the famous medieval villages and beaches of the Italian Riviera. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and overlooks the garden. Upon entering the apartment one finds oneself in a large living area consisting of a sofa bed, television, dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a small electric oven, four-burner induction stove, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom in Casa U.G. has a queen-size bed and large closet. The windowed bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and washing machine. All rooms in the house, excluding the bathroom, overlook the private garden and are therefore very quiet. The large garden, which is shared with possible guests from the other apartments, has umbrellas, tables, deck chairs, and sun loungers. Guests are invited to enjoy the beauty of the garden. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment and the outdoor space in front of the apartment. The garden and private parking are shared with possible other guests of the Villa. Other things to note Support in choosing tours and activities in the surrounding area, as well as bicycle rental (subject to availability). Up to two dogs per accommodation unit are allowed, provided they are properly indicated at the time of booking and in compliance with the house rules: - Dogs must ALWAYS be kept on a leash in the garden, as the large outdoor area is shared with other guests and with animals living on the property (two chickens, two rabbits, and two cats) that move freely. - Dogs must be taken outside the property for their needs. - An additional fee of €5 per night per dog applies.
