From 11pm: night welcome possible depending on availability, with a supplement of €100 (to be paid before arrival). 📌 Important To avoid any unnecessary waiting, please respect the meeting time and notify your concierge in case of delay. Other things to note Dear travelers, We are delighted to welcome you and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Here is some important information to best organize your arrival and stay: Arrival 🕔🔑 Your arrival will be with in-person key handover. Exact details (time, meeting point) will be confirmed before your arrival. Late arrivals (if applicable): 9pm‑11pm → €40 / after 11pm → €100. Luggage storage 🎒 If you need to drop off your luggage before your arrival, we can put you in touch with our preferred partners. Airport transfer ✈️🚖 For a peaceful journey, we can organize your transfer with our preferred partner for an additional fee to be paid directly to the service provider. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. Baby/child equipment 👶🍼 Travel light! You can have everything your child needs delivered directly to the apartment, airport or SNCF train station (stroller, baby bed, car seat...) thanks to the Baby On A Trip service. Remember to book online at least 48 hours in advance. Organization and payment are to be settled directly with the service provider. Non-smoking accommodation 🚭 For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is entirely non-smoking. We thank you for respecting this rule. In case of non-compliance, deodorization fees (€200) may be applied. Household linen 🛏️🧺 Upon your arrival, the beds will be made and sheets and bath towels will be provided. If you would like additional linen, we can provide it upon request (€8 per towel + €30 travel fee). Please inform us at least 12 hours in advance. Cleaning 🧹✨ Cleaning fees cover the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to organize it (paid service, upon request). Little extra 🎁☕ We are pleased to offer you a welcome basket including some essentials (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, sponge, coffee pods, tea, 1 washing machine pod etc.) with sufficient usage for 2 nights. For any additional refill, we will be happy to guide you to the nearest grocery store. Accommodation occupancy 👥🚫 For security and tranquility reasons, the apartment is reserved only for travelers listed on the reservation. Any undeclared external presence could result in cancellation of the reservation. Departure 🚪📦 Before leaving the premises, we thank you for taking out your garbage and leaving the dishes clean. Instructions will be given to you before your departure on the platform. Emergency intervention 🚑🔧 In case of need requiring our intervention, we can come to the premises by appointment or intervene in your absence only with your agreement, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
