Welcome to our beautiful country house "Le Yoti", nestled near the picturesque Lot Valley. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, our property offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to relax and enjoy nature. The space Our cottage has four bedrooms offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom (140 cm), a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor you will enjoy two double bedrooms (140 cm), a children's bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub to meet all your desires for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine... The living room is a friendly space with a fireplace (wood is offered and available in the house), a TV, a seating area and a dining room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For your comfort, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, drying rack and iron. A games room is also available to guests, with a pool table, a foosball table and a ping pong table. Outside, you will be amazed by the stunning views of the Lot Valley. The spacious garden is ideal to relax and enjoy nature.
