Welcome to our beautiful country house "Le Yoti", nestled near the picturesque Lot Valley. Perfect for holidays for families or groups of friends, our property offers a peaceful and comfortable setting to relax and enjoy nature. The space Our gite has four bedrooms offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor, you will discover a double bedroom (140cm), a bathroom with shower and an independent toilet. On the first floor you will enjoy two double bedrooms (140cm), a children's room with two single beds (90cm) and a bathroom with bathtub to meet all your desires for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need: microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine... The living room is a friendly space with a fireplace (wood is offered and available in the house), a TV, a lounge area and a dining room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For your comfort, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a hanging rack and an iron. A games room is also at your disposal, with pool table, babyfoot, and ping pong table. Outside, you'll be amazed by the stunning views of the Lot Valley. The spacious garden is great for relaxing and enjoying nature. You will find a cozy garden furniture and an aperitif area to share convivial moments. Sunbeds are available for sunbathing, and you can also prepare delicious meals on the barbecue.
