Upon entering the apartment, you will find a small entrance with a coat rack, and then enter the living area with a kitchen, pantry, sofa, a desk and a dining area. From the living area you can access a small private patio, suitable for enjoying a romantic aperitif and storing any guest bicycles (for which there is a small maintenance and washing kit). In the sleeping area, located in the same open space, you will then find the double bedroom, the wardrobe and the bathroom. Both the living area and the sleeping area have an exclusive view of the courtyard. Private parking is available for a fee and by reservation in the common and guarded indoor area.
