License number: 27308 The space The house has been recently renovated, modern and colorful but with a touch of classic. Complete with functional and comfortable furnishings. You will be welcomed in a comfortable entrance where you can leave your jackets and store your shoes in the shoe rack. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and an attached private bathroom with a bidet and a large shower, both with air conditioning. A single bed can be added for a fifth guest for an extra fee. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare every meal comfortably. There is a table where you can eat or do smart working. In the same space as the kitchen you will find the washing machine, with drying rack, ironing board and iron. The living room is in the same area as the kitchen and features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and watch TV. Wi-Fi is free, and you will be provided with everything you need to connect upon arrival. All rooms are spacious and very bright. Guest access The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
