Lost card replacement fee: RM150 per card. [Towel & Cleaning Service] Towels are not changed daily. Extra towels are available at: * Bath towel: RM10/pc (Request one day in advance, available 10am–5pm only) Cleaning fee is charged once per stay (per check-out). No daily cleaning service is included, even for long-term stays. Additional cleaning or room service requests are RM50 per session (available daily 10am–4pm, 1–2 days’ notice required). Note: This service is not available on Saturday & Sunday. [Important Reminders] - Strictly no smoking inside the unit.
