THE CONDOMINIUM: In it, we have three restaurants with affordable prices and a bakery, all very close but without losing your privacy! We have a playground for children with a beautiful tree house, football and a free volleyball court, as well as a great barbecue area, with a pizza oven, cooktop, and a brewery area available for reservation, at no additional cost; just check the date and confirm your event at the reception. In the condominium, we also have 2 tennis courts, which are rented at an additional cost per hour. The condominium is great for hiking and cycling, a good condominium for all ages! THE HOUSE: It is a duplex and has 4 bedrooms, one of which is a Suite. On the first floor, we have a very spacious and comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, service area, a bathroom and the En-Suite. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a laundry room. All bedrooms and living room have air-conditioning. I usually say that it is "small," but comfortable and cozy!! Guest access The main entrance to the condominium is on Rio Santos, BR 101, entering 3 km inland, already in front of the beach, you arrive at our space. If your visit is not by car, the condominium has a Vam (at no extra cost) that makes this internal transfer, making access relatively easy !!
