The space This 120 m² duplex comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It includes: - An entrance hall with a closet - An open-plan kitchen and living/dining area of 45 m² on the first floor - 4 bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom - 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets The property offers high-end amenities, including underfloor heating throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and quality bedding and bathrooms. A large bay window opens the living room onto a 25 m² private terrace. Additionally, you’ll have access to a ski and bike storage room, as well as shared outdoor spaces. Guest access The farmhouse is peacefully located at the end of a quiet dead-end street. However, it’s just under 800 meters from the center of Prémanon, where you can quickly access local shops, restaurants, an ice rink, and more. The alpine and cross-country ski areas of the Station des Rousses are mainly located within the commune of Prémanon. You can easily start cross-country skiing right from the village center, and alpine skiing is just a 5-minute drive away. In winter, ski buses will take you to all the ski areas and station facilities — with a bus stop less than 500 meters from the house. No need to travel for hiking, mountain biking, or snowshoeing — the farmhouse is right in the heart of this natural wonderland! You can head out directly from your accommodation! Other things to note Please note that this former farmhouse, dating back to 1832, has been fully renovated with care. It now houses four independent apartments, offering an authentic and welcoming accommodation experience. Each apartment has its own peaceful private terrace.
