The space Le Singulier is a spacious 120 m² duplex, set within an authentic 1832 Jura farmhouse, at the end of a quiet forest road on the edge of the woods. Surrounded by nature, it offers a wonderfully peaceful setting while remaining close to the village and mountain activities. Beautifully renovated, the property combines original stone and wood with contemporary design to create a warm and elegant atmosphere. The large 45 m² living area is filled with natural light thanks to wide windows overlooking the surrounding nature. The lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen create a welcoming space for spending time together with family or friends. The property comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. The large private south-facing terrace extends the living space and offers panoramic views over the forest and Haut-Jura landscapes. Outside, you can also enjoy a pétanque court, while hiking, snowshoeing and mountain-biking trails can be accessed directly from the farmhouse. After a day in the mountains, unwind in our wellness area with panoramic sauna and Nordic bath, available in private time slots by reservation. Travelling with a baby? Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request, including a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and potty. Guest access The farmhouse is located at the end of a quiet road, on the edge of the forest, in a peaceful and unspoilt natural setting. Yet the centre of Prémanon is only 800 metres away, with shops, restaurants and the ice rink nearby. In winter, you are right in the heart of the Les Rousses ski area: downhill slopes are around 5 minutes away by car, cross-country ski trails are accessible from the village, and a ski-bus stop less than 500 metres away provides access to the different ski areas. For hiking, mountain biking or snowshoeing, there is no need to take the car: many trails can be accessed directly from the farmhouse. A shared secure storage room is also available for skis, bikes and outdoor equipment, with a ski-waxing bench. Other things to note This beautifully renovated 1832 Jura farmhouse is home to four fully independent holiday rentals. Each accommodation has its own private entrance and outdoor space, ensuring privacy for every guest. The wellness area, featuring a panoramic sauna and Nordic bath, is reserved for guests staying in the four holiday rentals. Access is by reservation only, with private time slots, allowing you to enjoy the facilities in complete privacy. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made before your arrival and end-of-stay cleaning is included. The property also has its own washing machine and Wi-Fi.
