The space You have rented our -> 1-bedroom unit at 1627 Rio East Tower Azure Residences These units can accommodate 1-bedroom unit - up to 4 pax + 1 toddler below 3 feet Address: Km. 16, West Service Rd, South Super HiWay, Brgy Marcelo Green, Paranaque City 1700 Guest access PRE CHECK-IN Guest Registration through QR Code Please send valid IDs of all guests along with the full names of children without valid IDs for registration. We will submit these details to Azure Admin for Registration and Approval, which may take 24 - 48 hours to approve. Once approved, we will send you the QR code which you could use for the following: 1. Entry to Azure premises: Please present it to the guard at the gate. 2. Access to private parking for residents: If you have rented and paid for our parking space. 3. Verification by Azure Management: This is required to obtain the visitor’s ID, necessary for purchasing tickets to access the wave pool and man-made beach. -> Please go to the Verifier Booth in front of Rio Tower Special Reminders: The queue and waiting time to get verified can be very long and tiring especially during peak season. We recommend you come in earlier than 2pm. We have indicated in your GAF that you can enter Azure premises as early as 12pm. Although you can only enter the units at 2pm check-in as the units are being cleaned between 12-2pm, you can choose to walk around the property while waiting for your check-in time. If there are no guests before you or the unit is ready, we can allow early check-in. Other things to note Swimbands: Access to the man-made beach and wave pool is subject to extra charge of 250/pax. Swimbands can be purchased in the pool area payable to Azure Property Management. There are 2 scheduled shift for pool usage Shift 1 - 7am to 12pm Shift 2 - 2pm to 7pm Pool area is also closed on Mondays for weekly cleaning and maintenance
